My ideal week can be captured in a single word: relaxation.
Lately, I’ve found it hard to unwind and clear my mind as I navigate the whirlwind of building the comfortable life I’ve always envisioned.
Life often takes unexpected turns, and coming to terms with that can be a challenge. I have experienced countless demanding work weeks that leave me utterly exhausted, and I’m sure many of you can relate.
However, rather than dwelling on feelings of fatigue and overwhelm, I’d like to share my vision of an ideal week in an ideal world.
One of the first things I want to establish is a solid morning routine that includes taking my vitamins and enjoying a cup of tea. In my daily life, I sometimes remember to take my vitamins and supplements, but I’d like to make it a consistent habit. I believe that before diving into any mental work or focus, it’s essential to nourish my body with the vitamins it needs to function correctly. Taking these precautions helps me feel whole and ready to tackle the day ahead.

As I’ve grown older, prioritizing my health has become increasingly important to me. Alongside caring for my physical health, I envision waking up each morning to the soothing sounds of smooth jazz or classical music. Although there are mornings when I manage to achieve this, I would prefer to cultivate a serene and tranquil environment consistently. I truly believe that listening to classical or jazz music in the morning can have a significant impact on how you approach the day; it’s like having a personal theme song to kick-start your routine.
Another positive change I aim to incorporate into my week is a regular workout. It’s been quite some time since I last maintained a workout routine, especially since I’m no longer in school. Finding the right time for exercise would be a true blessing. I firmly believe that maintaining positive physical well-being is just as vital as nurturing our mental state.
It has been quite some time since I immersed myself in my other passion: astronomy. If only I had more time to dive into my own research or explore the latest findings in cosmology. Ideally, I’d dedicate at least two hours to researching the cosmos, as cosmology is my favorite subfield. Astronomy serves as a wonderful escape for me, a way to unwind and ignite my creativity.
